Life is full of transitions, and while some are smooth, others can be a little more on the bumpy side. Those bumps in the road can affect our overall well-being, mentally and physically. Often, we may not even realize just how much mental health is affected by stressors that emerge in life. I am committed to helping guide you through the challenges and find helpful ways to cope. I provide services utilizing a person-centered approach, which encourages clients to be active and take the reins during sessions and throughout treatment. I integrate components from CBT, DBT, EMDR, DDP, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Play Therapy to assist with healing and processing through struggles. I use expressive arts, including art, music, and movement, when appropriate.
