I support those who feel isolated, trapped, or struggling to fit within societal norms. I also help members of the LGBTQ+ community to navigate challenges of marginalization and identity. These feelings are often rooted in past trauma and could potentially lead to substance use, addiction, and unhealthy coping mechanisms. I am EMDR-trained and integrate parts-based approaches to help clients explore and heal.
