I specialize in treating PTSD & CPTSD though I work with a wide range of other diagnoses including OCD, depression, and ADHD. I'm trained in several different treatment methods allowing for an individualized treatment approach specific to your needs. I believe when helping an individual it's important to identify specific symptoms or problems impacting the quality of your life and together we will establish treatment goals to help reduce or eliminate those unwanted symptoms. I am trained in bottom up brain based approaches to treatment related to trauma including Brainspotting, also called focused mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems. I also have extensive experience using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy both in an individual and group setting. I use a flexible approach, working as a team to determine what works best for you
