​​​I am here to provide support as you go through life's challenges. I use research-supported techniques to provide a supportive environment where you can openly share your experiences and work toward healing. My focus includes supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the complexities of pregnancy, prenatal and postpartum experiences. Many of us have gone through trauma or losses in our lives that continue to affect us today. I utilize strengths-based and trauma informed approaches to work together with you on the healing journey. I am certified in perinatal mental health, and I am EMDR trained.
