Hi there, I'm Dr. Sarah Erickson, WellQor’s Clinical Director for Massachusetts and Wisconsin. My background includes inpatient, community mental health, and college counseling work, giving me a broad perspective on the challenges people face at different stages of life. I believe strong therapeutic relationships are the foundation for meaningful change and strive to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and truly seen. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in understanding your lived experience so we can identify strengths and create lasting change together. I have a special interest in helping clients explore identity development, trauma, anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, adjustment concerns, and the emotional impact of new mental health diagnoses. As your therapist, I will listen deeply, care genuinely, and collaborate with you to move toward healing in your life and relationships.
