I absolutely love what I do. I count it as an honor and privilege to be able to sit with my clients and talk about the deeper and bigger things in life. I like to work collaboratively with my clients and look at the big picture to see what is possible for their lives. I like to work with clients who are stuck but motivated, down but hopeful, anxious but brave, who are creative, and committed to their own care. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and relational issues. In addition to traditional forms of therapy, I am trained in EMDR and Sensorimotor therapy, both of which are neuro-physical-based modalities.
