They may struggle with regulating emotions, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, relationship challenges, self-esteem issues, substance use concerns, anxiety, or generally managing distress. They are likely seeking ways to cope, find peace, and increase meaningful connections with others, themselves, and their life. I love to work with explorative, creative, and expressive folx who don't mind a bit of homework! Additionally, I enjoy working with people to strengthen boundary-setting abilities and seeing my clients feel more confident advocating for themselves.
