More often in today's complex world, people of all ages are experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression that has negatively impacted our functioning at school, at home, or at work. Family and Peer relationships can be strained. Experiencing multiple stressors in life can make change seem more difficult. Seeking out someone to help, listen and explore ways of dealing with that change can ease the anxiety of it all. I would like to be that person to help you.
