Taking the first step and finding a therapist is not easy. I understand that it can be difficult to find a person that you feel comfortable being vulnerable with. That’s why it is my main goal as a therapist to create a supportive and validating space for you to be your authentic self. My therapeutic approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space where clients feel safe to explore their inner thoughts and emotions without judgment.
