Whatever you are going through, you don't have to go through it alone. I have experience working with grief, sexual abuse, and various types of trauma. I blend art therapy, somatic experiencing, relational approaches, neuroscience, and trauma-informed care. I work in person and and we will be using art materials! (At least some of the time). All therapy is adapted to your needs and co-created. I believe healing grows from deepening relationship to self, our loved ones, community, and the land.
