Do you feel sad, anxious, tired, or angry more than you’d like to? Are you living with past trauma or pain that you can’t seem to move past? Do you struggle with relationships, self-esteem problems, shame, or destructive patterns? Learning more about how your mind works, and how patterns in your life have developed can allow you to begin to break unhealthy cycles and become more in tune with your true, whole self. I work with adults ages 18 and over in individual psychotherapy to address a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, relationship problems, and all manner of life transitions.
