If you are feeling overwhelmed, drained, anxious, or depressed in life and you are looking to feel better, then you are in the right place. I help women who are trying to have a baby, have experienced a loss, are currently pregnant, or postpartum, who are also experiencing anxiety and/or depression during this time. By providing a safe, supportive, and comfortable therapeutic environment, I can help you. It is my hope that together we can build a foundation for better managing and understanding ourselves.
