About

I specialize in working with adults struggling with recent and/or childhood traumas, anxiety, OCD, dating and relationship challenges, self-doubt, and harsh inner critics. Together we can help you to heal attachment wounds to improve your relationships, learn strategies for managing anxiety, shame and guilt, decision making, emotional regulation, feeling lost or purposeless, and building tangible coping skills. I utilize principles of Internal Family Systems (or "parts work"), psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness-based therapies, as well as ERP and Brainspotting. My clients would describe me as easy to talk to, genuine, warm, inquisitive, and validating. While I take therapy seriously, I also think laughter is a powerful medicine. If you're tired of "just talking" in therapy, my interactive style might work well for you. If you're an "overthinker", I can help you get out of your head and into your emotions and body.
