Welcome, I’m Sarah! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working through trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I believe we all have an inner strength and wisdom we can tap into in times of hardship and struggle to guide and move us forward. I’m here to walk alongside you as we work together to figure out where you’d like to go from here and how to move towards what you want in life. I have spent the last almost 10 years working with refugee and immigrant communities. Prior to that, I worked with survivors of abuse and sexual assault for 3 years. In our time together, we will use your expertise in your own life plus my clinical training to navigate through old ways of being that no longer serve you. We will work to help you shift into new, more life-giving spaces within yourself. We’ll use compassion for self, curiosity, and playfulness to nourish and embrace your fully authentic self.
