Therapy can be a lot of things. It can be very goal oriented and solution focused, but it can also be a safe place for you to just come and talk. I strive to provide my clients with a safe place where they can come and process whatever is on their mind that day. I tailor my counseling approach to what my clients need and truly believe in meeting them where they are at emotionally. I provide my clients with telehealth where they can access counseling services from the comfort and safety of their own home.
