My clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based care. I specialize in working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with particular emphasis on anxiety, depression, bipolar, borderline personality disorder, OCD, ADHD, and couples. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered.
