Sarah specializes in trauma survivors and highly sensitive people - introspective deep feelers who may struggle with overwhelm, shame, or a sense of not belonging. She works with clients to build affirming “inner homes” within themselves. Clients come for help healing the painful impact of abuse, neglect, or - not to be underestimated - not feeling seen or cherished for who they truly are. Sarah uses self-compassion, sand therapy (therapeutic use of symbols), Internal Family Systems, and EMDR, guiding you to build a loving relationship with yourself - even (especially!) the parts of yourself that might feel troublesome or unworthy.
