More often than not, life is exhausting, difficult, and challenging. And that is why I strive to create a therapeutic space that offers sanctuary. In a sanctuary, we can then express, explore, and enhance ourselves. I find significant importance in practicing basic humanity, which means being genuine, connecting with others, practicing empathy, and acknowledging the human experience. Therapy holds such beautiful opportunities that I am honored to be a part of for some people.
