My goal is to create a safe space where you can explore your inner world, experience growth, feel comforted, supported, and challenged. My intention is to assist as you explore your truths, dismantle stories that no longer feel accurate, and re-connect with your authentic self. It’s important to me that you experience positive growth, and that you do so while feeling safe. The way I work with clients is collaborative, warm, curious and direct. We work together to connect with all aspects of yourself, including parts of you that the world as deemed unacceptable, unlikeable, or unworthy. I also have a team of Associate Therapists skilled in many topics including performance anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, relational issues, ect & offer sliding scale rates.
