I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing in the mental health field since 2006. During my career, my primary focus has been working with adolescents and families. I have specialized in working with trauma and am certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT). I incorporate The Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA) and the Collaborative Problem Solving Approach. I have worked with a variety of other mental health areas, including mood, grief and loss, self-harm, and more. Bean is my 6 year old chocolate Labrador Retriever and is in sessions as a certified Therapy Dog.
