I know that change can be hard, and that making the decision to call a therapist is difficult. I believe that we are all capable and deserving of living our best life, and that feeling safe and supported makes it easier to make those changes. Life can be messy, and I am here to help. I have a passion for helping others, and am grateful I get to be a part of that change process. I utilize an individual approach to meet the needs of each client, and want each client to feel heard, valued, and understood.
