Hello! My name is Sarah and I am a clinical social worker licensed in the state of CA. I have experience working with children, families, and older adults. Throughout the years, I have found my passion working with women and older adults. Whatever brings you on your search for a therapist, whether it be trauma or loss, you don't have to walk through it alone. The biggest influence on my therapy practice is my own experience in therapy. Going to therapy is hard work (not to mention expensive!) - but I saw measurable differences in myself. This is data I draw upon when I say that change is always possible. Although I have specific areas of interest, I am a generalist practitioner and have experience working with a variety of diagnosis, including depression, anxiety, and severe mental illness.
