I am experienced in counseling diverse populations and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where individuals can freely express themselves. With more than 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical therapist, I provide compassionate and empathetic counseling and offer guidance and support for life's challenges and stressors. I will challenge feelings of hopelessness and negativity, and help my clients adopt a new perspective and a better experience of joy, meaning, and purpose.
