As a mental health professional with many years of experience in private practice, hospital, community crisis counseling, and corporate settings, Sarah is passionate about helping others. Sarah received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Iowa. Throughout her experiences, Sarah has witnessed individuals make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives, drawing strength from their experiences and the struggles they've overcome. Sarah wants to help individuals work through any past trauma that might be holding them back and help them become the best versions of themselves.
