Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, teaches us that the cracks in our lives do not diminish our worth, and instead make us stronger and more beautiful. It is my passion to guide individuals through pain, whether rooted in the past or present, so they can move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives, and eventually learn to see and appreciate the beauty in their scars. I believe everyone is capable of meaningful, lasting change, and I feel grateful to accompany clients on their journey toward becoming the person they want to be and creating the life they want to live.
