Whether your goal is to explore identity, support a loved one or work on your mental health I strive to create an affirming healing space for that work. I practice from a integrative trauma informed approach. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and I work collaboratively with you to explore your needs, values, and goals. I operate from a person centered approach first while integrating aspects of ACT, DBT and CBT.
