I strongly believe that every human being goes through difficult times in their lives when counseling may be beneficial. We all struggle with various circumstances where it may be helpful to have a separate, unbiased party and support to process through life events. I see individuals, families and couples and have been working in a therapeutic setting for the last 13 years. My specialties include working with those who struggle with depression, self-esteem and relationship issues, as well as other mood and personality disorders.
