I’m so glad you’re considering counseling. It can be deeply meaningful to feel truly seen and understood. I’m a relational therapist who values authentic connection and helps clients feel empowered to build lives that feel aligned and fulfilling. I have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients, especially teens and women often described as perfectionistic, high-achieving, intense, uninterested in small talk, or multipotentialites. I’m also passionate about working with parents of neurodivergent children, offering a space to process, learn, and feel supported as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenting.
