I work with adolescents, teens, emerging adults and adults who are seeking treatment for mood disorders (anxiety and depression), rumination (overthinking), assistance in social environments and relationships, management of impulsivity and development of healthy coping mechanisms. My approach to treatment is guided by behavioral interventions, making treatment very action-oriented, educational in nature and effective in working towards mutual goals. I have created a unique teaching system that allows sessions and treatment to be anchored in pragmatic, tangible lessons with use of a virtual whiteboard.
