Hi! I’m Sarah and I’m a strengths-based social worker. I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood, while helping you build skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and stronger connections with others. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed Educator and trained in the Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework. I am especially passionate about working with individuals through life transitions, including relationship changes, starting a new career, and new mothers adjusting to the many emotional and identity shifts that come with parenthood.
