"A journey begins with a single step." And, you can only start where you are. I believe awareness, exploration, and communication of feelings is key to being connected with others as well as with ourselves. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings. I use a strengths-based approach and am trained in Internal Family Systems. I have experience with crisis work, long-term, and short-term therapy. We will start where you feel comfortable taking your "single step" and the journey will go at the pace we set together.
