I am a conditionally licensed mental health clinician committed to supporting adults in navigating trauma, anxiety, stress management, substance use, and/or other mental health disorders. I specialize in perinatal care, holding my PMH-C. I strive to provide compassionate and evidence-based support to expectant mothers, mothers and families struggling with grief, and mothers experiencing complex symptoms of postpartum.
