I offer custom support for a myriad of issues with a special interest in women, LGBTQIA+, black sheep, middle children and the pitfalls & strengths of perfectionism. I firmly believe that you BELONG and it takes incredible strength to ask for help. Mental health challenges, trauma and life’s expected and unexpected transitions can cloud or alter our perceptions of ourselves as well as provide opportunity to find out who we want to be in the world. I am invested in you & can provide guidance and support as you find, change, accept and celebrate your true self. Together, we can find healthy ways to cope and integrate lived experience. I offer a connection to a plethora of mental health knowledge and resources as well as a soft place to land in trying times. I am honored to walk with you as you manage life's stressors and work to get to the root of deeper issues for substantive change.
