Hi! I'm Sarah Knuth, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a passion for listening. I follow a strengths-based approach, believing even in our darkest times, we all have strengths and resiliencies that can help us grow stronger. I am familiar with students, adults, women's issues, and Veterans, treating anxiety, general life stressors, work issues, as well as housing and financial instability stressors. I try to create an open and supportive environment, leaving the majority of space for you to talk and process. If you request, I will be able to give more guidance and constructive observations.
