I am passionate about assisting people to find their voice again. To assist one in learning how to advocate, love, and believe in oneself. I believe that true growth only occurs when a person is allowed to shine. As a therapist, I find myself holding many roles, but one of my favorites is as an advocate. Holding space for individuals that have very little given to them. Hoping to assist them to learn to hold their own space in their day to day journey. In that space, my clients will find safety, inclusivity, kindness, and accountability to help reach the goals my clients set for themselves.
