I have had the honor of walking along side clients on their healing journeys for almost 20 years. In that time, I’ve become well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities that when used from a strength-based, heart-centered, person-focused way, can lead to tremendous healing. I believe it is also important to understand that one size does not fit all. In addition to CBT, DBT, and IFS clinical therapeutic approaches, I utilize alternative and integrated modalities that include healing meditation, Reiki, Emotion Code to strengthen your sense of self and offer opportunities for improved insight and growth.
