I approach my practice with positivity and humor, with an understanding that we are all doing our best to feel and do better. I am seeking clients that are motivated and ready to put steps into action. I aim to act as a coach and guide as you embark on the changes you hope to see in your life, whether it be addressing feelings of depression and anxiety, or by developing behaviors that support your continued growth and recovery.
