I’m a trauma-informed, EMDR-trained therapist supporting adults with PTSD, anxiety, and major life transitions. My practice is dedicated to walking alongside individuals through challenging seasons, offering compassion, support, and a safe place to heal. Difficult experiences can stay with us emotionally, making it hard to feel safe, trust others, or manage emotions. Many clients face depression, relationship struggles, or persistent shame, and some get caught in cycles of avoidance or emotional numbness. I provide a caring space for healing, growth, and resilience, with Christian counseling, if desired.
