I believe in the inherent worth of every person and that part of being human is experiencing struggles, setbacks, and difficulties. At times we are able to navigate these challenges on our own but other times we need additional support to gain new skills, be reminded of the strength we already have, and most importantly have a nonjudgmental space to talk things through. My areas of clinical experience include working with adults with concerns of trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions/stressors, and substance use disorders (including supporting people who have a loved one struggling with substance use).
