Navigating through life can be a challenge, and doing so when you are experiencing difficulties with your mental and emotional well-being can seem overwhelming and impossible. I have worked with people from all age groups and have experience working with various populations including mental illness, substance abuse, childhood trauma, at-risk youth veterans, and sexual assault victims.This allows me to assist you through whatever difficulty you are experiencing such as receiving a new mental health diagnosis, the loss of a loved one, an immediate crisis or a life-long struggle.
