Feeling more and more frustrated and stressed? Having a harder time dealing with relationships, job or school? I work with individuals of all ages who want to feel better but may not be sure where to begin. We will work together to challenge old patterns that may be holding you back, while creating positive and healthy changes in your life and relationships. My specialties include working with adults and adolescents dealing with one or more of the following issues: eating disorders and other food, weight or body image issues; anxiety, depression and related rlationship issues; adjusting to life changes; frequent worrying and difficulty managing stress; social anxiety; being "too nice" or difficulty speaking up.
