It is very common to feel isolated and frustrated when you are faced with never-ending demands of parenting. Children communicate through their behaviors, so it often needs “decoding”, particularly challenging behaviors. When children are having challenging behavior issues, it is often a situation where the children’s needs and feelings are not understood in a way that provides you, the parent, with a clear map about how to meet those needs/feelings and ultimately shift the behaviors.
