Welcome! My name is Sarah M. Jones, LCSW, and I am located in Hinsdale, IL. I enjoy providing services in both individual and family therapy settings, and work with children ages 5 and up through adults across the lifespan. Whether your needs are related to better understanding and managing big emotions, complicated relationships, trauma, family of origin issues, self-esteem, grief, stress, or life changes and transitions, I can help you work through those tough thoughts and feelings in order to create a healthier, more mindful you.
