My job is helping you develop insight into patterns in your thinking & behavior that are interfering with your ability to find contentment. With that knowledge, we will decide together if our work is about acceptance, small tweaks to actions, or radical changes in thinking. I combine evidence-based treatment and lived experience to support growth and recovery when clients are struggling. I consider not only what’s "wrong," but more importantly: what’s happened, what's important to who you are, & what's going well. You can expect to leave sessions knowing you are seen, heard, cared for and respected. You may have even laughed a bit!
