I work primarily with women who feel ready to come back to themselves. Many of the women I support are caring, intuitive, and capable, yet feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns of over giving, self doubt, or emotional exhaustion. You may have been strong for a long time, and now feel ready for a space where you can soften, feel, and be held with care. In our sessions, we may work with breath, body awareness, imagery, dreams, and gentle trauma focused methods to help you feel more present, steady, and connected.
