Hi! I'm Sarah and I use she/her pronouns. My therapy practice is trauma-informed, feminist, relational, and empathetic, These approaches mean the foundation of our work is the relationship we build. I believe in compassionate curiosity and thoughtful questions to support you through life's various struggles. I became a therapist because I believe I can best support people navigating the multitudes of their existence and experiences. I am destined for complexity. I believe when complexity is held and explored, no one gets left out. I desire to hold space for people to ask questions, seek support, and explore who they want to be.
