Sarah’s passion is relationships. This passion propelled her to pursue a graduate degree at Northwestern University, illuminating the dynamics we gravitate towards, and how to navigate them. Trained in Integrative Systemic Therapy, Sarah views clients from a strengths-based and holistic perspective. She utilizes interventions from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Bowen Family Systems Theory, the Gottman Method, and offers psychoeducation.
