I’m here to work collaboratively with you to start making the changes in your thoughts and behaviors that will allow you to feel relief and be present for yourself. My treatment modality includes drawing from mindfulness-based techniques as well as advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches.
