What do you love about life? What brings you joy? Why I believe everyone can benefit from therapy is that everyone has gone through a period in their life where it’s hard to answer those questions. Without those answers, it’s hard to keep a healthy perspective. I have spent the last decade under the county’s mental health services working with all ages, but especially with parents, young adults, teens, and children. Now in the private sector for the past year, I am happy to have more freedom to serve others. It’s my passion to partner alongside families and individuals to help discover, rekindle, or maintain joy in their life. I am here to help with a variety of interventions and modalities that will be selected in a person-centered way and within your worldview. CBT, DBT informed, ACT, IFS, Seeking Safety, ITTM, motivational interviewing, positive parenting certifications are just some of the models I use. Models of therapy are learned through play, art, books, and visuals.
