I enjoy working with female adolescents and adults to empower them, help them find solutions, and—when needed—deliver hard truths. Think of me as your biggest "hype girl," but one who prioritizes honesty and transparency above all else. My goal is to help you make sustainable changes so that you can live authentically. Because every client is unique, I rely on a client-centered and strengths-based approach. I strongly believe the therapeutic relationship is integral to good therapy, which is why I remain nonjudgmental and use humor and warmth to genuinely connect with you. In addition to my social work training, I hold a micro-credential in trauma-focused care. I pull from a variety of evidence-based modalities to cater sessions to your specific needs.
